Perception!

Sight of dawn covers the eye,
New hopes surround-of grand moments;
New day to reach a milestone awakes.

I follow my own shadow,
Madness to overtake it with difficulty.

Heartbroken to see my shadows give up;
Thoughts justify my victory.
Confused on a trail half traveled;

Perception of victory goes unreal.

Life change with new actions,
Prevalence of achievement stuck firm;

Desire to acquire happiness forever,
Smiling hearts and glowing face.

Sigh of relief for existing merry,
Reality haunts with change in time.

Perception of happiness goes deceptive.

Little I expect called love;
It showered from the day I born.

Many to share, many to give up;
Choices were made, joy was laid.

Poignant to see alone at end;
Frowned with disgrace at life, which
took a bend.

Perception to life goes traumatic.

Now playing - Waiting for the End to come .. LP :)

Smile!!

A chant of humor crosses your thought;
Feels like a ecstasy of smile passed, which is bought.

Your smiles from heaven with glee,
I adore and ask for another with a plea.

Hush of giggles heard, reason for pleasantness lured;
Balancing your act, nature gave this as a pact.

You portray this wonder, smile smile everywhere;
Things which takes to ponder, am I going no where?

Delighted was my heart with sudden rush,confused mind with a provoked push;
Realized it was your smile, which takes a living soul's smile a mile.

Keep Smiling!! :)

Written by a Pakistani journalist about India ....... Must be read by all Indians!!

Written by a Pakistani journalist about India.

Capital suggestion By Dr Farrukh Saleem
Here's what is happening in India :
The two Ambani brothers can buy 100 percent of every company listed on the Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) and would still be left with $30 billion to spare. The four richest Indians can buy up all goods and services produced over a year by 169 million Pakistanis and still be left with $60 billion to spare. The four richest Indians are now richer than the forty richest Chinese.
In November, Bombay Stock Exchange's benchmark Sensex flirted with 20,000 points. As a consequence, Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries became a $100 bill ion company (the entire KSE is capitalized at $65 billion). Mukesh owns 48 percent of Reliance.
In November, comes Neeta's birthday. Neeta turned forty-four three weeks ago. Look what she got from her husband as her birthday gift:
A sixty-million dollar jet with a custom fitted master bedroom, bathroom with mood lighting, a sky bar, entertainment cabins, satellite television, wireless communication and a separate cabin with game consoles. Neeta is Mukesh Ambani's wife, and Mukesh is not India 's richest but the second richest.
Mukesh is now building his new home, Residence Antillia (after a mythical, phantom island somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean ). At a cost of $1 billion this would be the most expensive home on the face of the planet. At 173 meters tall Mukesh's new family residence, for a family of six, will be the equivalent of a 60-storeyed building. The first six floors are reserved for parking. The seventh floor is for car servicing and maintenance.. The eighth floor houses a mini-theatre. Then there's a health club, a gym and a swimming pool. Two floors are reserved for Ambani family's guests. Four floors above the guest floors are family floors all with a superb view of the Arabian Sea On top of everything are three helipads. A staff of 600 is expected to care for the family and their family home.
In 2004, India became the 3rd most attractive foreign direct investment destination. Pakistan wasn't even in the top 25 countries.
In 2004, the United Nations, the representative body of 192 sovereign member states, had requested the Election Commission of India to assist the UN in the holding elections in Al Jumhuriyah al Iraqiyah and Dowlat-e Eslami-ye Afghanestan. Why the Election Commission of India and not the Election Commission of Pakistan? After all, Islamabad is closer to Kabul than is Delhi .
Imagine, 12 percent of all American scientists are of Indian origin; 38 percent of doctors in America are Indian; 36 percent of NASA scientists are Indians; 34 percent of Microsoft employees are Indians; and 28 percent of IBM employees are Indians.
For the record: Sabeer Bhatia created and founded Hotmail. Sun Microsystems was founded by Vinod Khosla. The Intel Pentium processor, that runs 90 percent of all computers, was fathered by Vinod Dham.
Rajiv Gupta co-invented Hewlett Packard's E-speak project. Four out often Silicon Valley start-ups are run by Indians. Bollywood produces 800 movies per year and six Indian ladies have won Miss Universe/Miss World titles over the past 10 years.
For the record: Azim Premji, the richest Muslim entrepreneur on the face of the planet, was born in Bombay and now lives in Bangalore.India now has more than three dozen billionaires; Pakistan has none (not a single dollar billionaire).
The other amazing aspect is the rapid pace at which India is creating wealth. In 2002, Dhirubhai Ambani, Mukesh and Anil Ambani's father, left his two sons a fortune worth $2.8 billion. In 2007, their combined wealth stood at $94 billion. On 29 October 2007, as a result of the stock market rally and the appreciation of the Indian rupee, Mukesh became the richest person in the world, with net worth climbing to US$63.2 billion (Bill Gates, the richest American, stands at around $56 billion). Indians and Pakistanis have the same Y-chromosome haplogroup. We have the same genetic sequence and the same genetic marker (namely: M124).We have the same DNA molecule, the same DNA sequence. Our culture, our traditions and our cuisine are all the same. We watch the same movies and sing the same songs. What is it that Indians have and we don't?
INDIANS ELECT THEIR LEADERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And also to mention: They think of Construction of own nation, unlike other nations who are just concerned with destruction of others...
Simple answer to why the Indians fare better than the Pakistanis - They don't focus on religion all the time and neither do they spend time and money in devising ways to kill their own and everyone else over religion.

Smile at your life :)

Arthur Ashe, the legendary Wimbledon player was dying of AIDS. From

world over, he received letters from his fans, one of which conveyed : "Why

does GOD have to select you for such a bad disease"?

To this Arthur Ashe replied:

The world over --

5 million children start playing tennis,

500,000 learn to play tennis,

100,000 learn professional tennis,

50,000 come to the circuit,

5000 reach the grand slam,

50 reach Wimbeldon,

4 to semi final,

2 to the finals,

When I was holding a cup I never asked GOD "Why me?".

And today in pain I should not be asking GOD "Why me?"

Be thankful to GOD for 98% of good things in life.

Confidence !

The business executive was deep in debt and could see no way out.

Creditors were closing in on him. Suppliers were demanding payment. He sat on the park bench, head in hands, wondering if anything could save his company from bankruptcy.

Suddenly an old man appeared before him. "I can see that something is troubling you," he said.

After listening to the executive's woes, the old man said, "I believe I can help you."

He asked the man his name, wrote out a check, and pushed it into his hand saying, "Take this money. Meet me here exactly one year from today, and you can pay me back at that time."

Then he turned and disappeared as quickly as he had come.

The business executive saw in his hand a check for $500,000, signed by John D. Rockefeller, then one of the richest men in the world!

"I can erase my money worries in an instant!" he realized. But instead, the executive decided to put the uncashed check in his safe. Just knowing it was there might give him the strength to work out a way to save his business, he thought.

With renewed optimism, he negotiated better deals and extended terms of payment. He closed several big sales. Within a few months, he was out of debt and making money once again.

Exactly one year later, he returned to the park with the uncashed check. At the agreed-upon time, the old man appeared. But just as the executive was about to hand back the check and share his success story, a nurse came running up and grabbed the old man.

"I'm so glad I caught him!" she cried. "I hope he hasn't been bothering you. He's always escaping from the rest home and telling people he's John D. Rockefeller."

And she led the old man away by the arm.

The astonished executive just stood there, stunned. All year long he'd been wheeling and dealing, buying and selling, c onvinced he had half a million dollars behind him.

Suddenly, he realized that it wasn't the money, real or imagined, that had turned his life around. It was his newfound self-confidence that gave him the power to achieve anything he went after.

Forever ..

Good morning says the Sun, marking its presence on duty;
Rays reflect as a silver shine, sparkling water says “all is mine”
Clouds passed scrubbing the soil, trees left lost within around,
Leaves said “touch me not”, shuffling its petals entirely surround.
I stood admiring the heaven, yelping at my JOY to show off as a smile.
Nature’s symphony covering my eyes;
Questioned myself – “Can this be forever?”

Purity and love blend together, Mother’s love was gifted while our birth;
Soul and body feels the pain, mind thinks of mother, dependency on her impossible to worth.
Journey of life halts at different stations, beloved ones board close to our heart;
Sign of trust show up colorful, happiness boom loaded into our cart.
Enigmatic goes the mind for every pound earned, Reason to thank every chapter of life learned.
Life’s symphony covering my thoughts;
Questioned myself – “Can this be forever?”

Orphans cry

Poetry is an orphan of silence. The words never quite equal the experience behind them.

Love is what I need, looking for someone to feed;
Opened my eyes to see myself in tears, I stayed numb with an emotional fear;
All alone in this crowded world, blinking at the future which is curled;
Limping at my destiny, searching hands for support in this mutiny.
I feel I am betrayed for no cause, I am gifted with sorrows without pause;
Form of a silence rack, riddles on creators to crack;
They left me alone in this bliss, without even a good bye kiss;
Questions on happiness galore, none to lend their lovely floor;
I am lost with an Orphan label; hopes lighten up on humanitarian bible.
Request for help to guide the path, lost creature’s echo spread apart.

New born

Newly born opens its vision, see's itself on a deadly mission;
weeping at its arrival, differentiating the ways of survival,
whole life on its card, comprehending the journey to be hard;
frightened heart beeps, as the violent world peeps.

Counting the streets in red, people on their lethal bed;
loud cry all around, fear of death within surround,
heartless minds see awake, living peace under stake;
sounds of hate - scream, ripping apart the humanity cream.

Living on a cruel symbol, life on its own gamble;
sense of fall showing up bright, future questions its sight,
live life is what it say, Almighty's decision to obey;
plenty of smile to fake, pinch of love to ache.

Foul foul cries the new born,
marking presence in this bloody world!!

Is this Death?..

Absolute silence come in front;
pages of thoughts about to be burnt.
Dreaming of future came to an end;
life give up itself to mend.
Is this a Death?

Screaming loud of duty that is due,
None to hear, just a mourning few.
Playing a game with plenty fouls,
thousands made reluctantly growl.

Heaven or Hell is the call,
Incautious and helpless body take a fall.
Immortal soul get a release,
leaving behind the life, which was on lease.
Is this a Death?

Death is what we finally achieve,
Respect to the journey we cherished.

Peace!!

I Fear...

I fear,
Walking alone;
Darkness wrapping the sight,
My shadow vanish with light.
Twilight Twilight murmurs my heart in polite.

I fear,
To fulminate;
Desire to express, timidity which repress,
I go numb at the starring cluster,
Ill at ease, myself seized.

I fear I fear I always fear.....

Fear;
Is what I try to slay;
Avoid innate emotions taking way.
Brooding about the worst and solutions I trust;
Amplifying the senses to perceive the threat.

Life and its million steps

Life and its million steps;
Down the lane are living bets.
Courage to walk along;
To make the best for us to belong.

We run hard to reach the goal;
Torturing our tender soul.
We tend to be selfish for gains;
Bringing down the sorrow of rains.

Rush of thoughts flow every time you knock
Opportunities waiting behind the clock;
Door opens to see another door closed;
That is our brain greed enclosed.

We take ourselves to the height;
With fresh sign of error in light.
Free in fly, colorful to the eye;
With all the lively hopes that lie.

Life and its million steps;
Sorrows and happiness together crept.
Break through the transparent glass;
To make the class of journey, a real class.

SPIRITUALITY

Well this is the most odd topic I am gonna share today. I request all to read this and give a valid feedback because this is the one topic which can blaze fire and also the chilling ice feel. Here it goes....
Religion and spirituality are often used as synonyms. While religion is more to do with rituals, spirituality is that which has to do with one’s Self or, the spirit. Anything done for its growth and advancement is spirituality. They are not opposed, but stem from one another. While religion is more organised and includes public rituals, spirituality is more private and personal.
In India, spirituality and religion are part of everyday life. In no other country, perhaps, will you see a sadhu walking on the street with just a blanket and his rosary as his possessions without attracting any attention. India is home to all the major religions of the world, thriving in harmony since centuries. Although we will discuss the predominant religions in the country, we begin with Hinduism since it is the dominant religion in the subcontinent. Hindu’s comprise 80% of the population in India.
Lets not get into details what the religion speak about becoz I really don't care.. I am concentrating on the ethics and morals which one follow (good).

HINDUISM

-> A one, all-pervasive Supreme Being who is both immanent and transcendent, both Creator and Unmanifest Reality.
-> Karma, the law of cause and effect by which each individual creates his own destiny by his thoughts, words and deeds. Karma is not fate, for man acts with free will, creating his own destiny. God does not punish, you reap what you sow. The time for the reaction takes several births and until all the debts are paid, we keep meeting those who owe us and to those we owe, whether good or bad. However, prayer and purity of heart brings Divine Grace. Man is not born a sinner. He is a spark of the divine who, based on his personal choices, creates his own destiny. Divine grace is equal for all. One only needs to have a pure heart.
-> Soul reincarnation, where the atma or soul evolves through many births until all karmas have been resolved, and moksha or liberation from the cycle of rebirth, is attained. Not a single soul will be deprived of this destiny.
-> Existence of divine beings in unseen worlds and that temple worship, rituals, sacraments and personal devotionals create a communion with these “Devas” or Gods.

CHRISTIANITY

A monotheistic religion centred on Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Christianity has about 2 billion followers in the world today. Today, it has several divisions based on the diversity of doctrines and practices. However, Roman Catholics are the predominant sect. There are Protestants that include Anglicans, Methodists, Lutherans, Pentecostals, Anabaptists, etc..
The Christian believes that salvation is possible through faith in Jesus since his sacrifice on the cross paid for the sins of mankind. Most Christians believe in the existence of the distinct yet indivisible trinity of the Father, the Son (Jesus) and the Holy Spirit. It is believed that the Holy Spirit inspired the Scriptures.
Christians regard the Bible as the final authority.
Lets get into the Ten Commandments as interpreted by Christ::
"Do not put anything ahead of God your Creator."
"Do not make or worship idols."
"Do not take the name of God in vain."
"Take one day of complete rest each week, in honor of God."
"Honor your father and your mother."
"Do not commit murder."
"Do not commit adultery."
"Do not steal."
"Do not tell lies against anyone."
"Do not covet other people's possessions."

ISLAM

Islam literally means peace.
Muslims believe that God revealed his direct word for humanity to Muhammad (c. 570– July 6, 632) through the angel, Gabriel and earlier messengers, including Abraham, Moses and Jesus. Muslims believe that Muhammad is the last prophet. They assert that the main written record of revelation to humanity is the Koran or Quran, which is flawless, immutable. It is considered by the Muslims as the final revelation of God to humanity.
Islam believes in one God who is absolute. Islamic laws that were covered expressly in the Quran were referred to as hudud laws and include specifically the five crimes of theft, highway robbery, intoxication, adultery and falsely accusing another of adultery, each of which has a prescribed hadd or punishment that cannot be forgone or mitigated.

Peepzz I know these are some facts which I collected from various places to give a accurate brief but I really think twice when it comes to caste, where people follow different paths to reach the ultimate LIGHT calls GOD and still we differentiate among us just for the sake we are on different paths and no one realized that we all meet at the same point called ALMIGHTY. The whole world is divided with different castes rather being spiritually binded with same points. No path says you have to destroy the other to reach ultimate point, its just a perception of humans to separate from each other and missing a whole bunch of fruits called "LOVE among HUMANITY"
I still believe and hope there will be a generation in future which will give a damn to such practice and move ahead in formation of a rich planet filled with LOVE and only LOVE among livings.

Cheers!!

Memorable

I donno why I always have some good memories only with my father, this is one of what I have blast in laugh even now :)
hmm.. Its like 10 ppl screaming around in a private bus and I was made to go all piligrims around Karnataka and I the youngest may be in 4th std was taken with them (missing my monthly tests) :P I mean my parents and all their collegues with some of our family members. It was in Darmastala (famous Shiv temple) we all in the queue and suddenly I see my father missing :P Though I had my mother beside me I couldn't stop myself searching for my father.. aww it was at the same place, just rolling my eyeballs around.. Lazy ass by birth you can call :D My mother pulled me to a distance and she started searching too, and to her bad fortune we landed right next to the announcement table with Mike ON. Me being the intello went near the person who was sitting next to the mike and started wiping my tears :( The person asked the reason for it and I increased my volume with tears rolling and said loud enough --> "I have only one father and I need him back" - "2" - "3" :D. I guess the whole piligrim heard that :D
Where that person was none another the founder of Darmastala (Veerendra Hegde) and started laughing at my words :D, being wise to my plead he announced my father's name and to reach his desk ASAP.
My father couldn't here becoz he had been to the bus to have a nap as he hates travelling in ghats and was bit tired too.. but he would have informed this before atleast so that whole piligrimage would not have heard from me "I have only one father, I need him back" :P
There are some more but don't wanna disclose as it might seem boring :P
ANYWAYS

Cheers!!

Wealthy India

Title is bit sarcastic in my visuals but yeah it is true in different means. Lets carry on with my own pointers hope it is well with my personal feelings and nothing to be personal. Democracy, Secularism and Indian Law are the main factors for India to still be a developing country. I think so.. what about others? are we happy with Kasab still in Jail making headlines in TOI that he needs special dishes? and are we happy with Shiv Sena condemning North Indians? Are we happy with Love Jihad? are we happy with Churches being attacked? India has too many problems, correction which happens in BSE is nothing compared to the type of correction which is needed to this Indian world.
We are happy with the 8% GDP growth we are achieving at present. It is nothing to the growth India has seen during its Empire rule..
Vijayanagar Empire and Moghal rule during Akbar's Empire - India had seen growth statistics of approx 40% GDP it is huge compared to the present happiness we see :P
Our Congress govt says secularism - Does this really helping India in gaining momentum to stop Terrorist attacks? Does this really helping merit students to get their desired seat keeping this hopeless SC and ST quota system?
Coming to Our BJP - What happened to Ram Mandir? The whole Indian life history of Indian elections will be preached by these BJP dumbs with Ram Mandir issue. what did they do during their 2 long span of government rule, was their any change in the approach for Hinduism which they usually tell?
Sick, we need something which is called a Miracle to happen may be another British rule or another Mahatma's birth as a Saviour to change the system. Many questions and doubts and too many brakes here and there with this post. I know nothing is gonna happen with my voice reaching the sky :) still a try to satisfy my frustration.

Cheers!!

"Karma"

Humans life is in such a phase which can be compared like getting submerged in the water and knife being stabbed at your feet, helpless to scream and helpless to breath.
-> Child -> Adult -> Aged -> Death
Looks simple though, but in real it is a complex variations of unknown and self replicating errors. Looks like a speech of a cynisist but yeah truth is this. Being a illiterate in this lesson called "Life" every human goes through forceful blindness. Man dosen't even think of "Karma" which carries even with his soul and not get vanished with his life. Man assumes he is the master with great control which in turn in slow motion heading towards him as a Road roller and he being tied without movement and waiting for it to arrive and smash him off.
Do we need this illusionary world of happiness filled with deep inside secret of sorrows? Do we really comprehend that we have already given a green signal to disaster which is very bright like a last moment candle;
Life is treating us this way and no other go!! Lets take a deep breath and try to welcome the REFRESH option than the SHUTDOWN.

Cheers!!

My 1st Lesson

Saturday evening - Schools half day.. what else do you want for a 3rd std kid to enjoy? and Sunday the coming morning with all the best cartoons which Doordarshan used to play. I had a habit of going out with my father every Saturday evening for a walk, funny part is I used to always insist him to carry me on his shoulders.
My father used to tell me Politics, Rules, Humanity, Laws etc etc god!! how can I understand but yeah have to listen if I need to enjoy the shoulder ride :-)
Suddenly a small Tamilian boy of my age stands in front of us that evening and tells me this phase in Tamil " keele yerangda paavo appa" -- "Get down you dumb, pity your father".
I got down the next minute and he ran away to his granny standing in a distance :O

Can you imagine that was the last day I told my father to carry me on his shoulders. That boy slapped me twice keeping AHIMSA in mind without hurting me physically :p

Thanks for that boy for my real 1st lesson thought in my life :)

Shivarathri night out :-)

aww!! finally after many years we had this fun.. My cousins.
Myself, Vini and Santosh.
Let me brief out what went good ;-)
on that day I was @ office seeing my messy desk, got a call from Vini for this night out plan.. sounds gr8 I thought as I never did this before after my new bike came to my hand.
I thought Santosh might not come as he had his regular office on the next day ie: Saturday.
Felt wow!! when I recieved the call on my way to house after the tiredsome shift from Vini that all three are joining this night at 11pm for a outing and also he told me that there is a concert happening from Raghu Dixit in Jayanagar.
Me being a boring guy thought it will be just a Music thingy which I will be out of it in few 5 min's rolling out. But though I thought this way I was excited to hang out the whole night as it was mine and Vini's weekend next day. Poor chap Santosh but good thing is he joined us --> hat's off.. I would have rejected if I had shift the next day :-)
We started at 12am which was bit late but I had a good nap untill we started which would heel my dizzyness the whole night. We reached Hari Hara Gudda a Shiva Temple very near to our house as Vini missed out darshan on that day, we had to visit Mr Shiv once again :-)
After which as we planned to go to the Musical event we all started. We came accross a strict policeman who tossed Vini first as he was on zoom ahead us, becoz of which we lost 5 min showing our DL's to that guy who didn't even care looking at our pics on the DL which should have been done. As we reached the event venue first we saw was the arrival of my fav college time hero "Sudeep". we were bit late but didn't miss the fun part.. there was a musical bash which happened for another 2 hours which even we didn't notice. After some hours of leg tapping and waving our hands to some great music we were confused what next?? :P
There came another idea of visiting the famous Shiva Temple in Old Airport road [biggest] almost 15 kms bike ride and at the night 2:30 AM.
My mom already had warned me to not take long rides as it was not safe, but all being in our own thoughts started our ride.
We went there to see huge crowd at that time too.. I hate when crowd gather and moreover no parking place for my slippers which finally rested in the main road until I came back. We went in and I donno why none of us had that zeel to reach the god, we jumped the queue and came out after 1 hour of disciplinary queue maintanence :-) sipping some tea outside we concluded our ride by reaching a park near our house as we are not supposed to go home and knock the door from which I can expect a dirty look from my mom. So Me and Vini spent another 1.5 hours in the park as Santosh left us to have a small nap before he gets into his office CAB.
Me and Vini had some serious talks after this night out filled with fun.. Fun part which include Zipping through the empty roads of Bangalore and sipping tea at every pit stops and racing each other which we never tell each other but keep it in our mind to overtake each other :-).
This was a small story of a fun filled night we had.. It is memorable guys.. Thanks to my cousins.

Qoutes of Swami Vivekananda

"Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life - think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success, that is way great spiritual giants are produced"

“We are responsible for what we are, and whatever we wish ourselves to be, we have the power to make ourselves. If what we are now has been the result of our own past actions, it certainly follows that whatever we wish to be in future can be produced by our present actions; so we have to know how to act.”

“Never think there is anything impossible for the soul. It is the greatest heresy to think so. If there is sin, this is the only sin ? to say that you are weak, or others are weak.”

“The goal of mankind is knowledge ... Now this knowledge is inherent in man. No knowledge comes from outside: it is all inside. What we say a man 'knows', should, in strict psychological language, be what he 'discovers' or 'unveils'; what man 'learns' is really what he discovers by taking the cover off his own soul, which is a mine of infinite knowledge.”
